Kinderdance® Kid Buys Franchise!

By Shirley Hope

In 1983 Olivia Hathcock was a typical five-year-old excited about taking her first Kinderdance® class in her mother Sharon’s childcare center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Little did either of them know that 20 years later they would once more be involved with Kinderdance®, this time as owners of a franchise! “I was so impressed with how much the children learned while having fun and the impact the program had on my daughter”, said Sharon. “We were very excited to find the company had grown so much and that our territory was still available.”

Kinderdance®, established in 1979, is a nationally recognized dance, gymnastics and motor development program for pre-school children. Ninety franchisees currently teach over 12,000 children in 30 states, Canada, Bahamas and Singapore. Franchisees say that Kinderdance® has changed their lives and they get great satisfaction from the knowledge that they have changed the lives of many of their adorable customers.
