The Dwyer Group Named Among Best Companies to Work for in Texas for Third Year
WACO, Texas – (October 30, 2009) – The Dwyer Group has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the third consecutive year. Dina Dwyer-Owens, chairwoman and CEO of The Dwyer Group, called it a fitting achievement as the company also hosts its 15th annual Founder’s Day today.
“There’s no better way to share this news than on Founder’s Day when we embrace the dream of the late Don Dwyer who established our company,” Dwyer-Owens said. “His mission was to help all of those he touched to lead happier, more successful lives. The Dwyer Group associates will celebrate the news of working at one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas while participating in Founder’s Day events at Hog Creek Icehouse. They will have a choice of activities and seminars to attend that include: arts and crafts, an obstacle course, tug-of-war, team Scrabble, the Code of Values dart game, a charity involvement session, and a special seminar by Dwyer-Owens called “Managing the Balancing Act: How to feel fulfilled in your personal and professional lives.”
