The Little Gym program
The Little Gym® is a proven blend of music, movement and motivation.
Our unique, noncompetitive, exclusive curriculum and proprietary The Little Gym® music
combine to provide students from four months to twelve years of age a chance to
develop physically, intellectually and socially. All while building the confidence
and self-esteem necessary for healthy, happy lives.
| Our ultimate goal is to improve each child's physical fitness without them realizing they are getting fit. We want to teach children that exercise and fun go hand-in-hand. To yesterday's child this would seem normal since yesterday's child reveled in whole days of outside play. Today's child is just as likely to spend the whole day inside just watching television or playing a video game. Teaching today's child to love physical activity establishes healthy habits that will last a lifetime. |

The Little Gym® is completely different from indoor playgrounds and children's playtime franchises, nor is The Little Gym® a day care center. The Little Gym® is a structured, curriculum-based skill building program designed to teach in a fun, challenging environment. Our strictly noncompetitive program uses equipment activities, music, games and challenges so that children discover physical fitness can be an enjoyable part of their lives. Children attend classes once or twice per week in fully equipped, brightly colored 3500 - 4000 square foot facilities. The Little Gym® offers recreational gymnastics, parent and child classes, karate, and sports skills development.
